At Beyond the Brick Barbering, we value your time and ours. In order to provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 12 hours in advance.


🕒 Cancellations & Rescheduling


If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us no less than 12 hours before your scheduled time. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening.


❌ Missed Appointments


Appointments that are missed or canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice will be subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. This fee helps us cover lost time and income.

We understand that life happens. If there’s an emergency or unavoidable situation, please reach out to us directly. We’re human too, and we’ll always try to work with you.
